Dear Ms. Duguay:

Re: Request to withdraw TCC Tariff Notice 561

On May 6, 2011, the Commission received a request from the TELUS Communications Company (TCC) to withdraw Tariff Notice 561. In this tariff notice, TCC proposed to modify section 2.03 of its General Tariff – Rates – Basic Service and Regional Service as part of a price cap model update in order to increase the rate of its basic residential local exchange service in its high-cost serving areas in Quebec.

The request to withdraw TCC Tariff Notice 561 is accepted.

Yours sincerely,
