RE: Tariff Notice 46 – Direct toll, Direct Connect and Trunk Rate

Dear Ms. Gagnon:

The Commission received an application from La Compagnie de Téléphone de Lambton Inc., dated 19 April 2011, under cover of Tariff Notice 46, in which the company proposed amendments to section 5.4 of its General Tariff, titled: Direct toll (DT), Direct Connect (DC) and Trunk Rate. In particular, the company proposed an amendment to the billed rate for the DC service.

Commission staff notes that the company filed notice that it would be amending its application. Accordingly, the above-noted application, along with any subsequent amendments associated with it, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day of their receipt. However, the Commission intends to make a determination regarding this application, along with any subsequent amendments associated with it, within 45 business days of the receipt of the last amendment filed.
