RE: Fido Solutions Inc. - Notice of CLEC Expansion
On 24 March 2010, 2 September 2010 and 12 January 2011, Fido Solutions Inc. wrote to the Commission requesting permission to expand as a CLEC into additional exchanges.
Based on the information provided, in addition to previously approved exchanges, Fido Solutions Inc. is permitted to operate as a CLEC in the exchanges below. Fido Solutions Inc. is reminded that it must continue to meet the requirements in Telecom Decision 97-8 and the Canadian ownership and control requirements set out in section 16 of the Telecommunications Act and in the associated regulations.
