RE: Shaw Communications Inc. - Request for extension for the submission of reply comments in association with Broadcasting and Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2011-192, Call for comments on issues related to customer/carrier services groups
Dear Sir/Madam:
The Commission is in receipt of a letter from Shaw Communications Inc. (Shaw) dated 21 April 2011, wherein Shaw requested that the deadline for the submission of reply comments in association with the above-noted proceeding be extended until 5 May 2011. The Commission received a letter from Quebecor Media Inc. supporting Shaw’s request.
Commission staff has reviewed the requests and considers that such an extension would be reasonable. Therefore, parties have until 5 May 2011 to file their reply comments.
Where a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, the document must be received, and not merely sent, by that date.
