Re: Agreement 1391/02 – Revised Schedule C to Master Agreement of Local Interconnection (MALI) between Distributel Communications Limited and Bell Canada
Dear Mr. Cavanagh:
On 4 February 2011, the Commission received an application by Distributel Communications Limited (Distributel) in which the company filed appendices 27, 28, 29 and 30 to the Schedule C of an executed copy of the MALI between Distributel and Bell Canada, pursuant to Forbearance with respect to certain inter-carrier agreements filed pursuant to section 29 of the Telecommunications Act, Telecom Decision CRTC 2007-129, 14 December 2007.
On 3 March 2011 Commission staff advised Distributel that it was awaiting a revised filing to reflect the following required items that were not submitted with its 4 February 2011 filing:
1) a revised Schedule C to reflect the additional appendices noted above; and
2) revised appendices noted above to include signatures of both parties to the documents.
As such, the application would not be considered until the revised filing had been received by the Commission.
To date, a revised filing has not been received from the company. Therefore this file is closed.
The commission will consider a new application once the company is ready to file.
