Attachment

1. In paragraph 12 of its application, Northwestel states: “The Company estimates that 95% of residential premises now have jack-ended demarcation devices”. Provide the following information:

i) the equivalent percentage of single-line businesses equipped with jack-ended demarcation devices; and
ii) the percentage of single-line business network access services (NAS) of total business NAS.

2. Northwestel has requested forbearance from regulation for the following markets:

i) rental of single-line terminal equipment; and
ii) rental and maintenance of multi-line and data systems equipment.

Identify the tariff, the tariff item number and the service basket assignment for each tariff item for which the company has requested forbearance.
