RE: TCC Tariff Notice 406, TCI Tariff Notice 633, and TCBC Tariff Notice 4345 – Retail Residential and Business Voice Mail Services
Dear Ms. Duguay
On 4 April 2011, the Commission received applications by TELUS Communications Company (TCC), under Tariff Notices 406, 633, and 4345, in which the company proposed tariff revisions to reflect the Commission’s determination to forbear from regulating retail residential and business voice mail services in Telecom Regulatory Policy 2010-777, 20 October 2010.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis. Consequently, these applications, along with all associated amendments, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following their receipt. The Commission intends to dispose of these applications, along with any subsequent amendments, within 45 business days of receipt of these filings.
Yours sincerely,
