RE: Bell Aliant Tariff Notice 400
On 5 April 2011 the Commission received an application from Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership, proposing revisions to its General Tariff, CRTC 21491, Item 205.7 – Charitable and Not for Profit Access Service in order to remove the reference to a 50% discount off the monthly rates for this service.
Commission staff notes that it is continuing its analysis of the application. Consequently, the application will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day after it was received. The Commission intends to dispose of this application within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
