RE: Tariff Notice 66 – Co-Location Arrangements and Compensation for Traffic Termination
Dear Mrs MacDonald

On 31 March 2011, the Commission received an application by People's Tel Limited Partnership (People's), under Tariff Notice 66, in which the company proposed changes to its General Tariff to reflect the Commission’s determinations in Telecom Decision 2008-93, and in Telecom Orders 2008-331 and 2011-79. The company has indicated that its application is a Group B retail tariff filing.

Commission staff notes that People’s Tel will be amending its application. Consequently, this application, along with all associated amendments, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following their receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any subsequent amendments, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.

Yours sincerely,
