Subject: Agreement 1434/00 - Access to the public switched telephone network for the resale of local exchange services
On April 30, 2011, the Commission received a copy of the agreement between DERYtelecom Inc. and Shannon Vision Inc. for the resale of DERYtelecom Inc. local exchange services.
CRTC staff are currently analyzing this agreement. As a result, the Commission will be unable to render its decision within 10 business days of receiving the agreement. The Commission intends to render a decision within 45 business days of receiving the agreement.
