RE: NorthernTel Limited Partnership - Tariff Notice 318
On 18 March 2011, the Commission received an application by NorthernTel Limited Partnership (NorthernTel), under cover of Tariff Notice 318, in which the company proposed modifications to its General Tariff. On 31 March 2011, the Commission received a request from NorthernTel to withdraw this application.
The company’s request to withdraw Tariff Notice 318 is accepted.
