Re: Agreement 1433/00 – Dedicated Services Interconnection and Settlement Agreement
Dear Ms Hughes:
On 9 March 2011, the Commission received an application by Bruce Telecom in which the company filed a proposed amendment to its Dedicated Services Interconnection and Settlement Agreement between itself and Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership.
Commission staff notes that it is continuing its analysis of the application. Consequently, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of the application. The Commission expects to render its decision within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
Yours sincerely,
