RE: TELUS Tariff Notice 405
On 8 March 2011 the Commission received an application from TELUS, proposing revisions to its Special Facilities Tariff, CRTC 21463, for the introduction of a Type 1 customer specific arrangement under Item 230, Customer Specific Message Relay and IP Relay Service.
Commission staff notes that it is continuing its analysis of the application. Consequently, the application will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day after it was received. The Commission intends to dispose of this application within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
