Re: Tariff Notice 424
Dear Mr. Mercier:
On 20 January 2011, the Commission received an application from Télébec, Limited Partnership (Télébec), under cover of Tariff Notice 424, in which the company sought to amend its General Tariff CRTC 25140, Item 2.1 – Basic Services Provided Outside the Company’s Serving Area, in order to destandardize the private and party line services using radiotelephone technology for new residential and business line service customers.
In view of the fact that the record of this application only recently closed, the Commission will be unable to render its decision within 45 business days of its reception. The Commission expects to render its decision prior to the end of April 2011.
Yours sincerely,
