RE: TELUS Communications Company – Application for clarification and expedited relief concerning the manner in which Bell Canada intends to implement Telecom Decision 2010-908
In a letter dated 18 February 2011, Commission staff issued a series of interrogatories to several parties regarding the above-noted application. The deadline for submitting responses was set as 4 March 2011.
On 1 March 2011, the Commission received a letter from Rogers Communications Inc. (RCI) requesting a one week extension to the interrogatory deadline.
Commission staff has reviewed RCI’s request and considers that a one week extension would be appropriate under the circumstances.
All parties therefore have until 11 March 2011 to file their interrogatory responses.
