RE: Shaw Telecom G.P. Tariff Notice 18 – Part B Item 201 Compensation for Traffic Termination

On 9 February 2011, the Commission received an application by Shaw Telecom G.P.(Shaw), under cover of Tariff Notice 18, in which the company proposed modifications to its competitive local exchange company (CLEC) tariff pursuant to Telecom Order CRTC 2011-79. On 18 February 2011, the Commission received a request from Shaw to withdraw its application.

The company’s request to withdraw Tariff Notice 18 is accepted.
