RE: Execulink Telecom Inc. Tariff Notice 58 – Part B Item 201 Compensation for Traffic Termination
On 11 February 2011, the Commission received an application by Execulink Telecom Inc. (Execulink), under cover of Tariff Notice 58, in which the company proposed modifications to its competitive local exchange company (CLEC) tariff pursuant to Telecom Order CRTC 2011-79. On 20 February 2011, the Commission received a request from Execulink to withdraw its application.
The company’s request to withdraw Tariff Notice 58 is accepted.
