Dear Mr. Hersche:

RE: SaskTel Tariff Notice 249

On 9 February 2011 the Commission received an application from SaskTel, proposing revisions to its General Tariff – Basic Service, CRTC 21411, Item 105.15, Extra Provisioning Charges, in order to revise the current definition of the term "Agricultural Area."

Commission staff notes that it is continuing its analysis of the application. Consequently, the application will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day after it was received. The Commission intends to dispose of this application within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.

Yours sincerely,
