RE: Bell Canada Tariff Notice 7289
On 29 November 2010, the Commission received an application by Bell Canada under Tariff Notice 7289. In its application, Bell Canada proposed changes to its General Tariff to introduce item 5430 – Wholesale Wireless Broadband Service (WWBS).
Given the complexity of the file, the Commission was unable to dispose of the application within 45 business days of its receipt. The Commission expects to dispose of the application by the end of April 2011.
