RE: Request to withdraw Persona Communications Inc.’s CLEC status

On 30 November 2010, Bragg Communications Inc. (Bragg), on behalf of Persona Communications Inc. (Persona), wrote to the Commission requesting the withdrawal of Persona’s competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) status.

Bragg indicated that it has acquired Persona, which is currently approved to offer local exchange services in the exchange of Sudbury, Ontario. However, Bragg provided notice to the Commission of its intention to provide local exchange services in the Sudbury exchange and to fulfill its CLEC obligations.

The request to withdraw Persona’s CLEC status is accepted.

Yours sincerely,
