RE: Tariff notice 34 – Primary rate Interface service

Dear Mr. Coffey:

On 4 February 2011, the Commission received an application by Dryden Municipal Telephone System, under cover of Tariff Notice 34, in which the company proposed the introduction of Primary Rate Interface Service.

Commission staff is awaiting a tariff amendment from the company. Consequently, this application along with any associated subsequent revisions will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day of their receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application along with all associated subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
