Re: Tariff Notice 553A
The Commission received tariff notice 553A dated 4 February 2011, from Telus Communications Company (TELUS). In this revised tariff notice Telus proposed to amend its TN553 to correct certain errors in the tariff pages of its wholesale 5.0 Mbps residential internet service in Quebec territory (TELUS(Quebec)).
Commission staff considers that these changes may impact the values provided in Tables 1 to 5 of Appendix 1 economic study filed on 10 December 2010 in support of TN 553. Commission staff also considers that the demand forecasts for its 5.0 Mbps Residence Service may change as a result of the proposed tariff changes.
Accordingly, Commission staff requests that TELUS(Quebec) file revised Tables 1 to 5 of Appendix 1 to TELUS(Quebec)’s cost study as necessary with the Commission and served on all parties by 15 February 2011.
