RE: People’s Tel Limited Partnership Tariff Notice 63 – Pay Per Use (PPU) Features
On 31 January 2011, the Commission received an application by People’s Tel Limited Partnership (People’s Tel), under cover of Tariff Notice 63, in which the company proposed a modification to its General Tariff. On 1 February 2011, the Commission received a request from People’s Tel to withdraw this application.
The company’s request to withdraw Tariff Notice 63 is accepted.
