Dear Mrs. Mainville-Neeson,
This is reference to your application 2011-1305-0 by TELUS Communications Inc., and 1219823 Alberta ULC and Emergis Inc. in partnership with TELUS Communications Inc. in TELE-MOBILE Company, partners in a general partnership carrying on business as TELUS Communications Company to add a condition of licence to be authorized to distribute CJIL-TV (The Miracle Channel) as part of the basic service throughout its authorized service areas under its regional licence in Alberta, i.e., in Calgary, Edmonton, Fort McMurray, Grande Prairie, Medicine Hat and Red Deer, Alberta.
As per your letter dated 6 December 2011 requesting not to proceed with the above-noted application, the Commission has closed the file.
A copy of this letter and all related correspondence will be added to the public record of the proceeding.
