The Commission requires that you complete the information in the table of the attached document. This information will be discussed in phase 1 of the hearing commencing on 5 December in Quebec City.
Responses must be filed with the Commission by 2 December 2011 at noon, via Access Key.
- Please provide your expenditures for first-run original programming and your expenditures for scripted original programming for the 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 broadcast years:
- Separately for each pay and specialty service included in the licence renewal process;
- On an aggregate basis for conventional services included in the licence renewal process.
- Please also provide your programming expenditures from minority official language communities (OLMC) for the 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 broadcast years:
- On an aggregate basis for pay and specialty services included in the licence renewal process;
- On an aggregate basis for conventional services included in the licence renewal process.
