Subject : Astral Media’s response to the letter of 14 November 2011 from Quebecor Media inc.

Ms. Dorval,

This is in response to a letter from Quebecor Media inc. (Quebecor), dated 14 November 2011, seeking permission to file on the public record its response dated 13 October 2011.

For the reasons set out in a Commission letter dated this day and addressed to Quebecor, a copy of which has been sent to Astral, the Commission denies Quebecor’s request to add its additional response to the public file for Broadcasting Notice of Consultation CRTC 2011-525.

Consequently, the Commission confirms that Astral’s 17 November 2011 letter in response to Quebecor’s 14 November 2011 letter will not be added to the public file for this proceeding.

Sincerely,

Original signed by

John Traversy
Secretary General
