This letter is in response to your letter dated 10 November 2011 requesting that a decision regarding your application for a Category B specialty service, Bollywood SD-Hindi Movie Channel, be issued on or before 30 November 2011.
The Commission notes that your application was heard at a public hearing on 21 November 2011. Given that you requested an expedited process only 11 days before the hearing, the Commission advises you that it is not feasible to issue its decision by 30 November 2011. Therefore, the Commission denies your request and will publish its decision on this application in due course, and in as timely a manner as possible.
Please note that a copy of your letter and this response will be added to the public record of the proceeding.
