Re: Application 2011-1308-4
Dear Ms. Simpson:
On 20 October 2011, TELUS Communications Company (TELUS) requested approval to add the signal of CHEK-TV (IND) Victoria to its application to amend its licence in order to distribute signals on its basic service in all its licensed service areas in British Columbia.
This letter is to advise you that your request is granted and that the intervention period will be extended by 5 days to allow interested parties to comment on this matter.
A copy of this letter and of the letter filed by TELUS on 20 October 2011 will be added to the public record of the proceeding.
Yours sincerely,
