Re: Application to add a condition of licence to distribute community programming that is produced by the licensee or a party related to the licensee on its video-on-demand service

Mrs. Gibson:

This is reference to application 2011-1250-8  by Bell Aliant Regional Communications Inc., (the general partner), as well as limited partner with 6583458 Canada Inc. (the limited partners), carrying on business as Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership to add a condition of licence to allow the licensee to distribute community programming that is produced by the licensee or a party related to the licensee on its Video-On-Demand service serving Eastern Canada approved in Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2011-534, 26 August 2011.

As per your letter dated 30 September 2011 requesting not to proceed with the above-noted application, the Commission has closed the file. 

A copy of this letter and all related correspondence will be added to the public record of the proceeding.
