Re: Procedural Request-section 22(2)(b) of the CRTC Rules of Practice and Procedure
Dear Mr. Mathieu
This is further to a letter dated 1 August 2011, in which you notify the Commission of the attempts made to provide Mr. Glustein with copies of the application for Radio Humsafar Inc. (2011-0050-3) and Gospel Media Communications (2011-0816-8).
Commission staff is satisfied with your response and also notes that the applicants have now been able to provide a website address where each application is posted. Commission staff considers that all requirements in section 22(2)(b) of the CRTC Rules of Practice and Procedure have therefore been met.
The applications will be kept on the 16 September 2011 Public Hearing (Broadcasting Notice of Consultation CRTC 2011-427).
A copy of this letter and all related correspondence will be added to the public record of the proceeding
Yours sincerely,
Scott Hutton
Executive Director, Broadcasting
