Class 1 regional terrestrial broadcasting distribution undertakings to serve the Greater Toronto and Greater London areas - Correction

1.      The Commission hereby corrects, in the French version only, condition of licence 2 set out in appendix 2 of Class 1 regional terrestrial broadcasting distribution undertakings to serve the Greater Toronto and Greater London areas, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2011-89, 11 February 2011.

2.      Condition of licence 2 in the French version is replaced by the following:

2.  La titulaire est autorisée à distribuer, à son gré et à titre facultatif, les signaux WNLO et WNYO Buffalo (New York) ou, comme solution de rechange, le signal d’un autre réseau américain indépendant situé dans le même fuseau horaire que la zone de desserte autorisée et figurant sur les Liste des services par satellite admissibles, compte tenu des modifications successives approuvées par le Conseil.
