Video-on-demand service – Acquisition of assets (corporate reorganization) – Correction
In Video-on-demand service – Acquisition of assets (corporate reorganization), Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2011-782, 16 December 2011 (Broadcasting Decision 2011-782), the Commission inadvertently indicated that Cogeco Cable Canada Inc. was licensed to serve all of Canada when it is licensed to serve Quebec and Ontario only. Accordingly, the Commission hereby corrects Broadcasting Decision 2011-782.
