Application by Eternacom Inc. to amend the broadcasting licence for the specialty English-language commercial radio programming undertaking CJTK-FM-1 North Bay, Ontario in order to add a low-power FM transmitter in Mattawa.
The transmitter would operate on frequency 93.9 MHz (channel 230LP) with an effective radiated power of 50 watts (non-directional antenna with an effective height of antenna above average terrain of -21 metres).
