Administrative renewals – Corrections
1. In Administrative renewals, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2011-558, 31 August 2011 (Broadcasting Decision 2011-558), the Commission renewed the broadcasting licences for the radio programming undertakings listed in the appendix to that decision. However, the Commission inadvertently indicated that these licences were renewed until 31 December 2012, while they are in fact renewed until 31 December 2011. The Commission hereby corrects Broadcasting Decision 2011-558 so that the expiry date of the licences is 31 December 2011.
2. In addition, the Commission inadvertently omitted to include as part of these administrative renewals, the transmitter of CIMF-FM Gatineau, Quebec, which is CIMF-FM-1 Hawkesbury, Ontario, licensed to Astral Media Radio Inc.; CKHZ-FM Halifax, Nova Scotia, licensed to HFX Broadcasting Inc.; and CFRG-FM Gravelbourg, Saskatchewan, licensed to Association communautaire fransaskoise de Gravelbourg Inc.; and CHUG Stephenville, Newfoundland and Labrador, licensed to Troubador Radio Society Inc. The Commission hereby adds the above-noted radio stations and transmitter to the appendix to Broadcasting Decision 2011-558.
3. Finally, the Commission erroneously identified La Coopérative Radiophonique La Brise de la Baie ltée as the licensee of CHQC-FM Saint John, New Brunswick. The Commission hereby corrects the appendix to Broadcasting Decision 2011-558 by changing the name of the licensee so that it reads “La Coopérative Radiophonique – La Brise de la Baie ltée”.
