Deadlines for final written comments and replies

At the 5 December 2011 hearing, the Commission indicated that parties that have intervened in this proceeding would have an opportunity to file final written submissions following the hearing. Final submissions must address only the new propositions that were brought forward by Astral Media Inc., Quebecor Media Inc. and V Interactions Inc. during the reply phase of the hearing on 9 December 2011. The Commission will not take into consideration any other submissions. The Commission will accept final written submissions from interveners in this proceeding provided that they submit their comments and send a copy to the applicants, on or before 22 December 2011. The applicants may file a final reply, with a copy sent to concerned interveners, by 20 January 2012.

Final submissions should be no more than 10 pages, excluding information requested by the Commission during the oral phase of the hearing. Parties are reminded that no new evidence should be introduced in their final submissions or replies with the exception of information requested by the Commission.
