1. In Various radio programming undertakings in Nova Scotia, Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, Alberta and British Columbia – Acquisition of assets (corporate reorganization), Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2011-516, 22 August 2011 (Broadcasting Decision 2011-516), the Commission erroneously listed 7550413 Ontario Inc. as a partner in the various partnerships involved in the acquisition of assets. The correct name of the corporation is 7550413 Canada Inc.
2. Accordingly, the Commission hereby corrects Broadcasting Decision 2011-516 by replacing 7550413 Ontario Inc. with 7550413 Canada Inc. throughout the decision and in the appendix to the decision.
