Triton Global Business Services Inc. – Request for interim relief concerning billing and collection service

1. On 2 February 2011, the Commission received an application from Triton Global Business Services Inc. (Triton) to resolve a dispute between itself and MTS Allstream Inc. (MTS Allstream) concerning MTS Allstream’s billing and collection service.
2. In its application, Triton requested interim relief in the form of an order requiring MTS Allstream to continue to provide service pursuant to the Billing and Collection Agreement pending a determination in the matter.
3. MTS Allstream objected stating that such relief is not appropriate.
4. Having reviewed the record, the Commission grants Triton’s request for interim relief and directs MTS Allstream to resume providing billing and collection services to Triton in accordance with the Billing and Collection Agreement pursuant to MTS Allstream’s Carrier Access Tariff CRTC 24006.
