Decision of the Broadcasting Arbitrator
1. On 1 February 2011, The Broadcasting Arbitrator released a decision and order with respect to the Reallocation of Paid Time Allocated to a Deregistered Party.
2. The Commission is required, pursuant to section 343(1) of the Canada Elections Act, to notify broadcasters and network operators of such allocations.
