CKPR-TV and CHFD-TV Thunder Bay – Licence amendments – Correction
1. In CKPR-TV and CHFD-TV Thunder Bay – Licence amendments, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2011-116, 21 February 2011 (Broadcasting Decision 2011-116), the Commission inadvertently included the following paragraph:
5. The Department has advised the Commission that, while this application for CKPR-TV is conditionally technically acceptable, it will only issue a broadcasting certificate when it has determined that the proposed technical parameters will not create any unacceptable interference with aeronautical NAV/COM services.
2. Accordingly, the Commission hereby corrects Broadcasting Decision 2011-116 by deleting paragraph 5 of that decision.
Secretary General
