RE: Tariff Notice 244 – Centrex Service II – Rate Decrease

On 29 November 2010, the Commission received an application by Saskatchewan Telecommunications, under cover of Tariff Notice 244, in which the company proposed a modification to its General Tariff item 200.20 – Centrex Service II. The company has indicated that its application is a Group B retail tariff filing.

Commission staff has requested further information from the company, which information was received by the Commission on 13 December 2010.

Consequently, this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day of their receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
