RE: Agreement 1419/00 – Agreement for the provision of 9-1-1 service
On 18 November 2010, the Commission received from MTO Telecom Inc. (MTO Telecom) a 9-1-1 Agreement duly executed by MTO Telecom and Northern Communication Services Inc. This type of agreement does not fall under section 29 of the Telecommunications Act, S.C. 1993, c. 38. Accordingly, such an executed agreement need not be submitted for Commission approval.
Consequently, this application is closed.
