Dear Madam, Sir:
Re: Follow up to Telecom Regulatory Policy CRTC 2010-632: ILECs’ cost studies – MTS Allstream request for extension
The Commission is in receipt of a letter dated 26 November 2010 from MTS Allstream Inc. (MTS Allstream) requesting an extension in the date for filing cost studies for its aggregated ADSL access service. MTS Allstream submitted that it experienced delays due to workload constraints and the assessment of costs associated with the design of its VDSL-based wholesale aggregated access service. As a result, MTS Allstream could not complete its cost studies within the time frame set out in Telecom Regulatory Policy 2010-632 and requested an extension to 23 December 2010 to complete the filing of its cost study, tariff pages and associated interrogatory responses.
By letter dated 26 November 2010, a one-time extension to 10 December 2010 for filing cost studies for aggregated ADSL access services and associated interrogatories was granted to Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership, Saskatchewan Telecommunications, Bell Canada, MTS Allstream and TELUS Communications Company.
Accordingly, MTS Allstream’s cost studies and associated interrogatories are to be filed with the Commission and served on all parties by 10 December 2010 at the latest.
The above material must be received, not merely sent, by the above dates.
Yours sincerely,
