Dear Madams, Sirs:

Re: Follow up to Telecom Regulatory Policy CRTC 2010-632; Show cause concerning static IP addresses – Cable Carriers’ request for extension

The Commission is in receipt of a letter dated 3 November 2010 from Cogeco Cable Inc., Quebecor Media Inc., on behalf of its affiliate Videotron Ltd., Rogers Communications and Shaw Communications Inc. (collectively, the Cable Carriers) requesting an extension in the date for reply to comments. The Cable Carriers submitted that they would be unable to file their replies by 9 November 2010 because of their participation in the obligation to serve proceeding.

In the circumstances, an extension to the Cable Carriers for filing their reply is appropriate. Accordingly, the Cable Carriers’ reply comments are to be filed with the Commission and served on all parties by 19 November 2010.

The above material must be received, not merely sent, by the above dates.

Yours sincerely,
