Dear Mr. Talati:
Re: Follow-up to Telecom Decision CRTC 2005-61 – Customer notification requirements for local VoIP service providers with respect to 9-1-1 emergency services
In a letter dated 12 October 2010, Commission staff advised Pulse Telecom Inc. On 21 October 2010, in response to the above-noted letter, Pulse Telecom filed revisions to its proposed customer notification texts.
This is to advise that Commission staff has reviewed Pulse Telecom’s proposed customer notification texts and considers that they are in compliance with the Commission’s determinations in Telecom Decision 2005-61.
