Re: TELUS Tariff Notices 393 and 4339
The Commission received applications by TELUS Communications Company (TELUS or the company), dated 18 August 2010, in which the company proposed revisions to the former TELUS Communications Inc. General Tariff Item 300 – Call Management Services and the former TELUS Communications (B.C) Inc. General Tariff Item 2234 – Internet Call Director in order to withdraw Internet Call Director service (ICD), effective 1 December 2010.
In response to TELUS’ ICD customer notification, the Commission received comments from several ICD subscribers. On 7 October 2010, the record of this proceeding closed with receipt of reply comments from TELUS.
Subsequently, the Commission received additional comments from Mr Harald Tilgner and Ms Debra Lesiuk. The Commission also received further reply comments from TELUS, dated 22 October 2010.
Commission staff considers that the additional comments and reply comments are valuable to the proceeding and notes that TELUS did not object to these additional comments. Consequently, Commission staff is of the view that these comments should be placed on the public record.
Accordingly, the record of this proceeding is now considered to have closed on 22 October 2010.
