Dear Mr. Wagner,

Re: Saskatchewan Telecommunications (SaskTel) – Adverse Event Exclusion Application Pursuant to Telecom decisions 2005-20 and 2007-102

On 8 October 2010, the Commission received the above-mentioned application by Saskatchewan Telecommunications (SaskTel).

Commission staff notes that, in support of its request, SaskTel stated that it did not miss the competitor quality or service (CQ of S) results for indicator 2.10 (Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) – CDN Service and Type C Loops) for the period directly preceding September 2010, but did not file results as evidence.  Therefore, in order to complete the record in the above-mentioned application, SaskTel is to file its CQ of S results for indicator 2.10 for the period directly preceding September 2010 by 1 November 2010.

Yours sincerely,
