Dear Mr. Palmer:
Re: Bell Canada NST Tariff Notice 907
The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 17 September 2010, in which the company proposed a revision to National Services Tariff Item 301 – Digital Network Access (DNA) Service in order to clarify the use of DNA access and transport components. The company has indicated that its application is a Group B retail tariff filing.
By letter, dated 22 September 2010, MTS Allstream Inc. (MTS Allstream) indicated that it intended to file comments on Bell Canada’s application. MTS Allstream requested that interim approval not be granted prior to comments being provided, in the interest of avoiding unnecessary costs to Bell Canada and undue impact on customers.
Consequently, this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day of their receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
Yours sincerely,
