Re: Bell Aliant Tariff Notice 269 and Bell Canada Tariff Notice 7205 – Reply Comments - Extension
On 1 September 2010, the Commission received a letter from Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership and Bell Canada (collectively, the Bell companies) indicating that they are not able to file, on the stipulated due date of 3 September 2010, their reply to the comments submitted by parties regarding Bell Aliant Tariff Notice 269 and Bell Canada Tariff Notice 7205, and requesting that the reply comments filing date be extended from 3 September 2010 to 13 September 2010.
In view of the work load described by the Bell companies in their letter, Commission staff considers that the extension requested is appropriate.
The Bell companies are to file their reply comments to the Commission and served on all parties on 13 September 2010.
Documents to be filed and served are to be received, not merely sent, by the date indicated. Copies of the documents should also be sent to thomas.hui@crtc.gc.ca.
