Dear Mr. Reirson:

Re: Tariff Notice No. 391

The Commission is in receipt of Tariff Notice No. 391, dated 15 July 2010, proposing revisions to TELUS Communications Company’s (TCC’s) tariff for its Wholesale Internet ADSL Service.

The Commission notes that in correspondence dated 22 July 2010, it issued interrogatories to TCC. The Commission is continuing its analysis of the application and TCC’s interrogatory responses and will be unable to dispose of this application within 45 business days of its receipt. It is expected that the Commission will render a decision with respect to this application in the third quarter of 2010.

Yours sincerely,
