Re: Extension request - proceeding initiated by Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2009-432, 21 July 2009
In a letter dated 23 July 2010, TELUS Communications Company (Telus) indicated that it will not be able to complete its reply comments which are required by 27 July 2010 and requested that the filing date for these reply comments be extended to 30 July 2010.
Commission staff notes the magnitude and complexity of the comments filed by the parties on 20 July 2010 and considers that an extension to 30 July 2010 for the filing of reply comments by parties is appropriate.
The above material must be received, not merely sent, by the dates provided herein.
